Bill Mitchell, President of G. W. Mitchell Construction, is part of the 3rd generation of leadership for the company. He was born and raised in San Antonio and earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Over the years, Bill has served the San Antonio community as President of the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, King Antonio LXXXIX, Commander of the Texas Cavaliers, Fiesta San Antonio Executive Committee, Fiesta San Antonio Elected Commissioner, Board of Directors for Mission Road Ministries, President of Alamo Kiwanis, Board Member of the San Antonio Chapter of the Association of General Contractors, Board Member of 100 Club of San Antonio, Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of San Antonio, and Board Member of the Texas Cavaliers Charitable Foundation.

Bill enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, hunting, and fishing in Port Aransas. He and his wife, Margaret, are active members of their church. They have four married children, who are all Aggies, and eight grandchildren (six boys and two girls)!
