Director of Preconstruction

 

Michael Neuner has a strong technical background with his degree in Engineering Management of Technology from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.  He has a wide range of experience in project size, for both public and private sectors, across the United States.  Michael has a strong business acumen that encompasses the preconstruction and estimating process from project concept and receipt of plans to negotiation of contracts as well as overall operations.  He is adept at reviewing client’s project requirements, construction documentation, client budget management, determining contractor and supplier requirements and qualifications, developing project schedules, logistics, estimates and consolidation of information for client presentations. 

 

Michael is active at his parish of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church and is involved with the Knights of Columbus.  He greatly enjoys spending time with his family traveling, exploring the outdoors and staying active with family sports.
