Director of New Construction
Angela Hines has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and started her career as a project engineer on the new Brooke Army Medical Center replacement hospital. She moved with one of the joint venture firms to Houston to build two more hospitals and a cast in place parking garage at Houston Intercontinental Airport, all the while advancing in her roles and responsibilities with each project. Next came a relocation for her husband’s job that took her to Honolulu. With family a key motivator, they decided to make San Antonio home again. G. W.
